GiveX - SVC [self Service Card]

This feature will allow Team Members to use FUSE to manage SVC (GiveX) Cards for standard tasks including Add Balance, Refund Balance, Check Balance and Discard Card. Additionally, Add Balance & Refund Balance transactions will be available for lookup and advanced search in Transaction Log.

Results from user testing

  1. The progress bar provides a good sense of the number of steps. However, it doesn’t consistently show on all screens.

  2. These two feel disconnected.
